1. Take a vacation
A nine-year study of psychosomatic medicine found that you should take leave at least once a year. According to the report, people who don’t have vacations or just short holidays will not only face exhaustion but also increase their risk of death and/ or heart disease. So, working non-stop makes you lose your positive outlook on life and motivation to achieve your goals. What exactly are you working for if you never reap the rewards?

Research has also shown that a holiday should last between 7 and 11 days. This is the length of holiday required to wipe out stress and relax, to reset your body. 2. Refresh yourself
We spend so much time working. You work on your side projects and your hobbies. You work on keeping the house clean. You work on looking after your family, pets and loved ones. But where does working on yourself appear on this list?
Life is a constant stream of doing what we need to do for ourselves, forgetting for a while, and then remembering how important it is to put yourself first. But when we forget for a while, that can turn into a very long time…

3. Don’t try so hard
Many people try to get the job done as quickly as possible so that they can have some free time; however, when your free time lasts too long, you may feel boredom and sadness.
Do not try to solve the world’s problems in a short space of time. Let’s share your work load out so that you don’t face too much pressure at once, but not so far to make your life boring.
4. Make plans
No one can complete many tasks at the same time as perfectly as focussing on one at a time. To make your life more perfect, you shouldn’t force yourself into a spiral of work so then you cannot accomplish anything. Let’s schedule and do each task in a sequence that makes you feel is most reasonable and comfortable.
5. Break time
Missing breaks makes everything more difficult and less efficient. Be smart to make a good work plan that also gives you time to rest and relax.
6. Slow down
Slowing down gives us time to take intentional action, to consider why we are doing something and to ensure it accords with our individual values and objectives before doing it. It means we have more time to devote to the things that matter to us and will bring us the best return on our investment.

7. Tolerance – Forgiveness – Help
